About CREDAI Satara

OBJECTIVES OF CREDAI

To perpetuate an ethical code of conduct, which is self-imposed & mandatory for all the member developers / builders of CREDAI and to maintain integrity & transparency in the profession of real estate development.
To represent the overall interests of developers / builders by engaging in regular dialogue and representation with concerned authorities, on policy or regulation related issues.
To create a platform for developers / builders to work together in concert, towards improving the quality of development and construction related activities, by sharing efficiency ideas, and eventually work towards sustainable constructions.
To disseminate data, statistics & other related real estate development information to its members.
To promote the interest of construction workers & to educate them on best practices.
To provide a transparent platform for property purchasers, sellers and housing finance agencies; and to address grievances in a timely fashion.
To be the Knowledge Bank for all Property related enquiries in SATARA.

History of CREDAI Satara

 

CREDAI Satara is an integral branch of CREDAI-Maharashtra, which itself functions under the umbrella of CREDAI-National. Together, these bodies form one of the most influential associations of private real estate developers in India.

Growth & Milestones

Founded in 2016, CREDAI Satara has rapidly grown into a trusted body representing developers in the Satara region. Since its inception, it has worked to uphold transparency, strengthen the voice of local builders, and contribute to the overall development of Satara’s real estate sector. With a focus on ethical development, community contribution, and strong advocacy, the branch has achieved several milestones:

First Anniversary Celebration

The branch celebrated its first anniversary at the Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium. The occasion was marked by CREDAI President Shridhar Kangralkar sharing the vision, progress, and initiatives of the Satara branch.

Vastu-2016 Property Expo

To provide a comprehensive platform for property buyers and investors, CREDAI Satara organized the “Vastu-2016” exhibition from October 20–23, 2016. The expo featured over 40 stalls from reputed builders, showcasing diverse real estate investment opportunities and helping bridge the gap between developers and consumers.

CREDAI Satara has consistently represented the concerns of developers by engaging with government authorities. Notable interactions include meetings with Revenue Minister Chandrakant Patil to resolve critical issues like delays in development approvals, implementation of RERA laws, and municipal regulations impacting the construction sector.

COVID-19 Community Contribution

Demonstrating its commitment beyond real estate, CREDAI Satara contributed significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic by establishing a COVID care center in Satara, helping the local community in a time of crisis.
